are in full swing! This is the perfect time to have a family portrait taken for your Holiday cards! Call or email me today to schedule your session …. appointments are filling up quickly!!
photographing families is always fun for me – it’s so nice to see the love & interaction between them. the little girl was quite shy at first, but quickly warmed up after Mom starting blowing bubbles. her brother was no trouble at all … i had him doing all kinds of posing (actually i think he was enjoying it
) — so, so cute!!

I cannot even believe how fast this summer went by. It seems like my girls were just singing the song “na na na na, na na na na, hey hey, goodbye! My oldest daughter will be in 6th grade, entering the halfway mark in her schooling & my middle daugther will be in 3rd grade. It’s even crazier to think that my baby will be starting kindergarten when my oldest is graduating. LOL
So anyhow, here are a couple of senior girls from the past couple of weeks. There are still many days of beautiful weather left for sessions, so if you haven’t scheduled yet NOW is the time! You might even want to think about scheduling your session for the fall. I will soon be offering “Fall sessions on the Farm” … check back for more details!!

(i want to add that the picture of her on the truck hood is meant to look the way it does!
)

i took a little road trip to pittsburgh with these 2 girls, their mom & their aunt. we started our session at phipps conservatory, then headed downtown to ppg place, and finished up on mt. washington. it truly was an awesome evening. these girls are absolutely beautiful, and both are so unique in their own way. i asked them (and im sure a lot of others have too, lol) if they get along, if they have the same friends, enjoy the same things, share clothes, etc …. and their answer was yes. i think that is awesome. i came home that evening and couldn’t stop thinking about our session, and how i got to know so much about these girls in just a short time. ya know, there are days that i want to freeze time so my girls will stop growing up so quickly, but i can honestly say that i look forward to this time in their lives. im not sure why?

This senior girl was a natural in front of the camera, and that is more than likely the reason why I had such a hard time deciding what to share here! She was a breeze – she made my job so easy. For each click of the shutter I was able to capture a different look – whether it be serious, smiley, or even puckered lips, lol. We actually had 2 evening sessions – country & city – I will share some of the city pictures later. Until then, here is the beginning of my senior frenzy …. (have I mentioned how much I love seniors??)

one of my favorites … so i had to add it
